Mark Reino is the CEO and Agency Principal of Merit Mile, an award-winning advertising and PR agency, where he leads teams and drives business growth for nearly 50 domestic and international clients. As the Founder and CEO of Intelliva Software, he has developed a pioneering MVP SaaS platform that streamlines project management, enhances team collaboration, and boosts profitability for service businesses. Additionally, Mark co-founded Resounders, a premier podcast recording studio in Boca Raton, FL, where he plays a vital role in creating innovative audio and video content for varied audiences. 

In his diverse professional roles, Mark guides the strategic direction of each organization, overseeing human resources, finance, and client services. His people-centric approach fosters collaborative work environments that not only keep the organizations ahead of industry trends but also enhance results through exceptional service and engagement. 

With 20 years of experience, Mark began his career at two Fortune 500 advertising giants after earning his B.S.B.A. from Nichols College, studying abroad at Regent’s University in London, and obtaining his MBA from the University of Miami. He is a trusted entrepreneur and investor recognized for assembling high-performing teams tailored to the unique demands of each project. His insights have been featured in media outlets such as FOX News, SiriusXM, and TheStreet.com, and he frequently shares his expertise as a guest speaker on topics like branding, technology marketing, sports marketing, and corporate communications across various platforms. 

Beyond his professional commitments, Mark is deeply involved in community service. He is a founding board member of the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association, serves as a Trustee on the Board of Directors for the Boca Raton Historical Society, and is a member of the Nichols College Athletic Hall of Fame for his accomplishments in lacrosse. In recognition of his charitable work, Mark was ordained as a Knight of Honour and Trustee within the Sovereign Order of St. John (Malta, Knights Hospitaller) in 2022, a respected order dedicated to charitable initiatives in local communities. 

In his personal time, Mark cherishes moments spent with his children, traveling, cooking, training in Krav Maga, and playing golf.
