As the Merit Mile Customer Experience Project Manager, Mitch utilizes his interpersonal and writing skills to nurture and support client relationships and collaborates with content creators and creative teams to guide Merit Mile projects from start to finish. Outside the office, Mitch can often be found in the ocean or in the gym, searching for new local cuisine, or exploring his favorite Caribbean islands.
