Microsoft maintains relationships with thousands of web hosters and service providers through a global reseller channel, and they needed an automated forum that first demystified this very sophisticated IT offering… and second, qualified and generated demand for their DDCTK solution.
Utilizing rich media presentation layers including Flash and Silverlight, as well as custom video production, Merit Mile created an online experience that provides a self-guided tour of the DDCTK value proposition, engages the viewer with technical videos, and ultimately qualifies and captures DDCTK leads.
The DDCTK experience shows hosting companies exactly what they need to do to become strategic IT advisors, and is already demonstrating results as evidenced by the volume of weekly leads to Microsoft.
