Applied Innovations is a Boca Raton, FL based web presence provider (web host) that has specialized in hosting on the Windows Server platform for over a decade.
To put it mildly, the web hosting business is fragmented, competitive and latent with would-be service providers that focus more on confusing terminology than business value.
In an effort to support and empower a new stage of growth, Merit Mile was tasked with producing a brand and positioning audit for Applied Innovations.
Cutting through the web hosting industry's clutter is akin to swimming in quicksand. As a result, it was critical to always keep our audiences - developers and SMB owners - top of mind. Similarly, we aimed to hone in on our core business and differentiate our offerings and position them with strong, succinct value propositions that are memorable, marketable, and business-critical.
